The location is excellent, close to the Old Town and the train station, and directly opposite a supermarket and bakery. Very good value for the price. The room is sufficient if you are looking for the basics. There was daily cleaning. Breakfast was well prepared but offered limited options. The bathroom did not match the photos. Instead of a proper sink, there was only a small tap above the toilet, which was very impractical and uncomfortable. Enthusiasm and hospitality were often lacking, making me feel as though I was not truly welcome. The staff felt cold and unwelcoming, especially in the cafeteria.
Great stay overall! The hotel is perfectly located right in the city center, just steps away from the main train station and close to many major tourist spots. I really appreciated that they changed my towel even though I was only staying for two nights. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the stay feel very comfortable.
Ideal little hotel for my time in Kraków! It's literally a 2 min walk from the main shopping centre which has the train and bus stations. The old town is a 10 min walk too, perfect! My room was clean, perfect size and had everything I needed. The bathroom was also clean and a decent size. The only downside would be how thin the walls are, I could hear snoring from the next room pretty clearly, and so could another guest by the sounds of the thumping on the wall! The majority of the receptionists I seen during my time were friendly.
Very clean and comfortable, very short walk to the old town and the railway station the the other direction. Reception covered 24 hours a day. Excelent for a budget hotel.
The position is very good , near the historical center and very near the main station, but one of the receptionist not even say goodmorning, not even say hi, zero, cold, the face look like she don’t like work there , not professional at all. The room was ok, little bit too cold during the night , clean , over some hair on the bed . Average is ok for the price.
Great location — close to a mall, public transportation, and with parking available. The room was comfortable and clean. It’s a small building located in the old town, so it doesn’t have an elevator, but that’s understandable given the setting. Overall, a very good stay.
Fab location. Right next to the shopping centre and a straight 10min walk to Old town. I had the apartment which was big enough, nice and clean but there was a bad drain smell. Seemed to be better after the cleaner came each day. Other than that it's good. Slightly on the noisy side with wheels going across the path outside but if you're having a drink you probably won't notice.
Budget friendly hotel so close to the central train station. But room and services are average. No buffet breakfast, only panini ane coffee/tea is available.
